I Face Lost Access to My NGL Pro Account After Reinstalling the App

I deleted the NGL app from my phone and later reinstalled it, but now I can no longer access my old account. What makes this even worse is that I had already purchased NGL Pro for that account.

It makes no sense that I cannot log back into an account I actually paid for. I feel frustrated and disappointed that a service I spent money on is now completely unavailable to me.

I am requesting immediate assistance to restore access to my Pro account or provide a proper solution. Paying for a subscription and then losing access after simply reinstalling the app is unacceptable.
