Restoring My NGL Account

I am writing to request support in restoring access to my existing NGL account. My NGL link is: https://ngl.link/zubbynoor/. Until today, 7 July 2026, I was using this account normally. After uninstalling and then reinstalling the NGL app on my Android phone, I lost access to the account. When I open the app now, it only shows the “Get Started” screen, asks me to choose where I want to use NGL, and prompts me to create a new username. There is no visible option to log in or restore my existing account, even though my NGL link is still active and working. I have already contacted NGL Support and received a response that my request will be handled within 1–3 days, but I wanted to clearly explain the situation and make sure all details are recorded. I kindly request that you restore access to my existing account linked to the NGL link above, without creating a new profile, so that I can continue using it as before. I would appreciate your help in recovering this account as soon as possible.
