NGL's Who Sent This Feature Not Working

I purchased the weekly subscription in the NGL app on 20 May 2026 through the NGL payment link, which redirected me to Amazon Pay. I paid 99.99 rupees with the expectation that I would unlock the “who sent this” feature. However, after the payment was completed, the feature did not appear in my account. Inside the app I only see the reply tab, and there is no tab or option anywhere that shows “who sent this” or anything similar. This situation has been the same since the moment I purchased the subscription and has not worked even once. I request that my subscription be corrected and that the “who sent this” feature be activated and made fully usable in my account for the remaining subscription period that I have already paid for.
