CFMOTO 250NK Ignition Switch Problem

After one month, I took my 2024 model 250NK Motorhome to the dealer in Balikesir, Turkey, for service due to a malfunction caused by the steering lock ignition switch. The service was reported to have changed, with new lock rates. Then, about a month later, the mechanism arrived and was called to the service, but because it was unclear whether the mechanism received belonged to the previous case or not, 15 days later, the appointment record for the repair of the ignition key of the old steering device was not given to the service, but the process of not being repaired was reported and continued in this manner for one month. He was waiting for it to be processed, and when you called the service today, he said that the factory approved the replacement but that there was no detailed information about the process, then he said that the factory did not have the part and that it could be waited for. I desperately want it. I need a solution as soon as possible.
