New Holland Kept My 2022 TD.5 110 Tractor in Service for a Month Without Spare Parts

On October 31, 2024, I left the New Holland brand 2022 Model TD.5 110 tractor to the authorized service for fender replacement. A week later, they sent it to the city center, saying we could not do it. The service in the city center opened the file 10 days later and started the process, but they did not respond for 2 weeks because there were no spare parts. Thereupon, I called the customer line 444 0 648 and explained the situation. They told me that they would take care of the situation. They called me on November 26, 2024. They said they sent the part. They called me 5 days later to see if the part had arrived. However, the part did not arrive. When I contacted the service, they said they would send me the part on December 25th. The tractor has been waiting in the service for a month. I cannot find a contact person.
