New Balance U9060EEF Inner Sponge Tearing After Normal Use

I purchased a pair of New Balance u9060eef sneakers in Ankara, Turkey, through an online website on 28 January 2025. After using the sneakers for about 10–11 months, I noticed deformation in the inner sponges, which tore despite normal use. I sent the sneakers to New Balance customer service in Turkey for inspection, but they returned them without any repair and informed me that they did not see any quality problem. I do not find this response satisfactory, because the tearing of the inner sponges in such a short period of time is not what I expect from a product of this brand and price. I request a refund for these sneakers, as I believe the deformation in the inner sponges should be considered a quality issue and handled accordingly.
