Hello, I hope this message finds you well. On November 2, 2024, I purchased a pair of 9060 model white sneakers from the New Balance store in Milan, Italy. Upon returning to Turkey on November 3, I discovered stains on the shoes when I opened the box at home. Trusting the store staff who retrieved the shoes from the stockroom, I didn’t inspect the product in-store and was only able to check it upon arriving home in Istanbul. I contacted New Balance customer service in Turkey regarding this issue but was informed they could not assist because the product was purchased abroad. As a global brand known for high standards in quality and customer satisfaction, I kindly request that this issue be resolved. I have all relevant documents, including images of the product and the invoice, which I can share upon request. I would appreciate support from your international customer service team to address this matter and clarification on whether assistance is available for internationally purchased products.
