New Balance Order Incomplete – Paid for Socks, Only Shoes Delivered

I ordered a pair of New Balance shoes and socks, but while the shoes arrived, the socks were missing — even though I paid for them and have the invoice to prove it. Please don’t misunderstand me; I’m a doctor, and I’m extremely busy — I don’t have hours to spend chasing customer service. I paid for my order, which makes me the rightful owner of what I purchased.

Why is my order incomplete? It’s not about the money — thank God, that’s not the issue. But I’m genuinely too exhausted to deal with this kind of negligence. For a brand as reputable as New Balance, this kind of unprofessional mistake is simply unacceptable and doesn’t suit its reputation for quality.
