I purchased a pair of New Balance 9060 sneakers from the SuperStep store in Bornova in January 2026. I only used the shoes for everyday city wear, and after about three months of use, on the first rainy day, I noticed a clear color change on the shoes.
This type of deformation in such a short period and under normal usage conditions is unacceptable for a product in this price and brand category. I submitted the shoes for inspection, and my evaluation request (number SUP885876) was reviewed. I was informed that there was no quality issue with the product and that the discoloration was caused by external factors.
I do not agree with this conclusion, as the shoes were not exposed to any unusual conditions, misuse, or harsh environments. They were only used for regular city wear, and the color change occurred after the first rainy day under normal conditions.
I request that this matter be re-evaluated and that I be provided with either a refund or a replacement with a new pair, as I believe the discoloration within such a short time is due to a quality defect. I kindly ask that this complaint be reviewed and that a resolution be provided as soon as possible.
