I purchased a pair of New Balance 530 sneakers from SuperStep about 5-6 months ago, expecting quality and durability. However, in less than a year, the inner lining tore apart, and within a month of wear, the shoes started to emit a strong odor, making them uncomfortable to use.

I sent the shoes for inspection twice, but both times my warranty claim was rejected. The brand falsely accused me of wearing them without socks, which is completely untrue. How can they make such claims without proof? Were they monitoring how I wore my shoes?

I demand a replacement or refund, as this level of quality and customer service is unacceptable from New Balance. I expect the company to stand behind its products and resolve this issue fairly.

I bought New Balance 530 shoes from the SuperStep store at Tekira Shopping Mall in Süleymanpaşa, Tekirdağ. I regret the day I bought them, I will never buy New Balance shoes again and I will never recommend them to people around me. The shoes tore from the inside in just 5 months and they smell incredibly bad. I can't wear them due to the smell when going somewhere. I sent them to the company 3 times via SuperStep and all 3 times they were rejected. I am not a very wealthy person, I cannot buy 5,000 lira shoes every 5 months. Instead of accepting their mistake, the company blames the consumer without knowing. The company should stand behind its mistake. I am complaining here for the second time, and if the situation does not result in my favor, I will apply to the Consumer Arbitration Committee. I demand that my grievance be addressed urgently.

There is no progress, everyone is passing the buck to someone else. What kind of irresponsibility is this? The company always concludes in its own favor, but I will go to the Consumer Arbitration Committee and seek my rights.
