I purchased a pair of New Balance 9060 in black, and despite never washing or cleaning them, the color started fading significantly. I sent the shoes in for inspection, expecting a fair resolution, but to my surprise, the request was denied without any proper justification.
I have taken great care of these shoes, and it is unacceptable for such an issue to occur in such a short time. At this price point, I expected better quality and customer support. Instead of investing ₺8,000 in a single pair, I could have bought multiple shoes that wouldn't have this issue.
I demand a replacement or a proper resolution. This is a clear case of product defect, and I expect New Balance to take responsibility. Please address this matter immediately.
