I bought the 009 model on 09.02.2024 and after just three months, I noticed considerable damage on both sides, with fraying and tearing at the top. I had high hopes for New Balance in terms of comfort and durability, but unfortunately, this experience did not meet my expectations. Encountering issues with my first New Balance purchase is quite disheartening. I am hesitant to select the brand again after this incident. I will be contacting customer support for warranty assistance, as the significant deformation within three months is not acceptable.
