Back on July 4, 2023, I went ahead and pre-ordered a sweet pair of sneakers from the New Balance store in Izmir. But guess what? When they finally arrived, I discovered that the material meant to give my ankles some extra support had completely busted on both sides. Not only is this super uncomfortable, but it's also putting my poor ankles at risk. About a month ago, I brought them to the store for inspection and replacement, but they said the problem wasn't because of a manufacturing defect. Even though I've had these shoes for less than a year and have only worn them indoors and in an office, without any mishandling, I didn't receive any assistance in getting a replacement. This situation is completely unfair, especially when you take into account the hefty sum I shelled out for the product I pre-ordered. I'm really let down by the company's lack of support for their product, and it's definitely making me think twice about buying from them again.
