Mentalup Made An Unauthorized Withdrawal Despite No Subscription Request

Even though we did not request any subscription on the Mentalup mobile app, a membership was created without our permission, and 599.99 TL was charged from our bank card as an annual subscription fee on November 23, 2025. We absolutely do not accept this charge being taken from our card when we did not knowingly or intentionally approve any purchase on the app.

We have not yet contacted either our bank or Mentalup customer service; I wanted to report the issue here first. I request that this unauthorized transaction be canceled, that the full amount of 599.99 TL be refunded, and that the unauthorized membership be immediately terminated.

I also request that this incident be investigated and that the necessary measures be taken to prevent such unauthorized charges from happening again.
