Mentalup Charged Annual Fee Despite Showing A One Week Free Trial
I purchased a package in the Mentalup app through Google Play on my Android phone, where it was shown as a one-week free trial. However, even though the screen displayed it as a free trial, the full annual subscription fee was charged to my account today.
I believe this action goes against the promise of a free trial, and I am requesting a full refund of the annual subscription fee. My Google Play order number is GPA.3399-9892-0957-35885, and I kindly ask that the necessary investigation be carried out so that my issue can be resolved.

On November 26, I purchased a package that appeared as a 1-week free trial through Google Play on my phone with the Android operating system in the Mentalup app. Although it appeared as a free trial period on the app screen, an annual membership fee of 990 TL was directly charged from my account without any warning or confirmation.
I believe this situation clearly contradicts the free trial promise stated in the app. When I contacted Google Play customer service about the issue, I learned that the payment had been received and the fee had been deducted, but no solution was offered to resolve my grievance. As a result of this transaction, which I made relying on the free trial statement, an annual fee was charged without my knowledge or approval.
