Netshort Unauthorized Charge In My Card

I am writing about an unauthorized charge of $29.99 that appeared on my credit card through the Netshort mobile app on 04/14/2026. I use the Netshort app only by purchasing coins to watch a few shows, and I have never intentionally started any subscription or recurring plan. The payment was processed via Apple Pay, linked to my US Capital One credit card. Despite not having any active subscription with Netshort, this $29.99 amount was charged, which I did not consent to as a subscription fee or similar service. I contacted Netshort regarding this issue, but I have not received any response so far. This lack of feedback is increasing my concern, as I want to make sure no further unauthorized charges are made. I kindly request that this $29.99 charge be cancelled and reversed as soon as possible, and that any subscription or automatic billing linked to my account or card be immediately terminated. I also request written confirmation that the charge has been cancelled and that my account will not be billed again without my explicit consent.
