Netshort Charged Without My Permission 15 Days After I Signed Up

Hello, about 15 days ago, I created an account on the Netshort app to watch a series. Everything seemed fine at the time—I expected to pay only if I actively subscribed to a package. However, today I was shocked to see that the app charged my account without any warning, consent, or notification. I never approved any recurring or future payments. How is it possible that you can withdraw money from my account without asking me first? This is unacceptable. I demand to know whether you plan to refund the money, or if I have to escalate this issue through legal channels or my bank. I need immediate assistance to resolve this. Please do the right thing and refund my money now.
