I just noticed that Netshort charged my account without my permission. I had purchased a one-week package thinking it was a one-time payment, not a recurring subscription. At no point did I agree to weekly payments or provide any kind of confirmation that future charges were acceptable. There was no warning, no reminder, and no authorization step. This is incredibly misleading. I only made the purchase because I saw your ad and liked the content, assuming it would be a single charge. You’ve charged me again without asking, and that is unacceptable. I want a full refund immediately. If I don’t receive it, I will pursue legal action. What you're doing feels like a trap, and it needs to stop now.
