Netshort Charged for Token Package but Never Delivered My 1000 Tokens

I was watching a series on Netshort when suddenly, all my jetons ran out. While I was browsing the token prices to top up, I saw a campaign offer on the screen. I clicked on it, and it redirected me to a website within the app. The promotion promised 600 + 400 bonus tokens. I decided to purchase that package and entered my bank card details to complete the transaction. The payment was successfully processed, and the money was immediately withdrawn from my account. However, despite the successful payment, the 1000 tokens I paid for never appeared in my account. This is completely unacceptable. I demand that Netshort either deliver the tokens I paid for or issue a full refund right away.
