Netshort Charged Without Notice After 1-Week Trial

I purchased a one-week package on Netshort and only used it for a single day. After that, I didn’t even open the app again. Despite this, Netshort suddenly withdrew ₺1099 from my account without any prior notice, warning, or confirmation. This charge came completely out of the blue, and I had absolutely no idea it was going to happen. I never authorized such a payment, especially for a service I no longer use. I feel misled and taken advantage of. How can you just pull money from someone’s account without any consent or notification? I demand a full and immediate refund of the ₺1099 that was wrongfully taken from my account. This issue needs to be resolved urgently.
