I am writing about an unwanted charge related to a Netshort subscription that was taken from my GCash wallet. On 20/08/2026, an amount of 395.00 PHP was automatically deducted from my GCash account for a payment processed via Google, even though I did not knowingly authorize or intend to make this subscription payment. I only noticed it when I received the confirmation text message and saw the transaction in my GCash history. I request that this payment be fully refunded and that any related Netshort subscription or recurring payments linked to my GCash and Google account be cancelled so that no further charges are made without my clear consent.
