Netshort Started A Mobile Subscription Without My Permission

Although I never knowingly applied for, approved, or requested any service from a company called Netshort, I later discovered that a subscription had somehow been created in my name and payments were charged through my mobile phone line on May 1 and May 8.
I have no idea how or under what circumstances this subscription was started. I never gave clear consent for any subscription, nor did I receive any notification, warning, or confirmation regarding such a service.
Since I never explicitly approved any membership or recurring service, I absolutely do not accept these charges being deducted from my mobile line without my knowledge. In addition, I cannot see any clear explanation on my bill regarding what service these charges supposedly relate to.
I request that Netshort immediately cancel this subscription, which was started without my knowledge, and refund all unauthorized charges collected through my mobile line.
I also demand that the necessary controls and protections be put in place to ensure that no further unauthorized charges can be made through my phone line in the future.
In addition, I request a clear written explanation detailing exactly how and through which process this subscription was activated in my name.
