Netshort Charged My Card Twice After I Thought My Subscription Had Ended

I had a previous subscription with Netshort for watching videos and I believed it would end automatically when the first subscription period finished. However, my bank card has been charged again without any notification or consent from me. On June 12 and again on June 19, Netshort deducted 395 each time from my card, and I only realized these charges after checking my statement. I did not request any renewal and I expected the subscription to end when the initial period expired. I have tried to reach Netshort, but I do not know their customer service contact details and they are not responding through the channels I could find. Because of this, I have not been able to resolve the situation directly with them. I request that Netshort immediately cancels any active subscription on my account and provides a full refund of both charges of 395 taken on June 12 and June 19. I also ask that no further deductions are made from my card without my clear and explicit approval.
