I Need Immediate Cancellation of Netshort Subscription Billing

A subscription to the Netshort app was accidentally created through my nephew via the Play Store, and later the account was deleted without canceling the subscription. As a result, there is currently no visible subscription in my account, so I am unable to cancel it myself.
Even though I have never used the app, charges continue to be deducted from my mobile line on a weekly basis. Approximately $54 per month is being reflected on my Vodafone postpaid line, with weekly charges ranging between $12–$13. This issue has been ongoing since January 3.
I contacted Netshort via email, but I have not received any response, and my subscription is still not canceled. I do not want to continue paying such high amounts for a service I have never used.
I request that my subscription be canceled immediately and that no further charges related to Netshort be applied to my mobile line under any circumstances.
