Neteller Took My Crypto, Gave No Money Back or Proper Support
Three times I tried to sell crypto on Neteller, and it has been somewhat chaotic. The first two times the transaction fell short without any clear justification. The third time, my bitcoin vanished—gone. My balance did not reflect any money added, and nothing is even listed as pending. When I attempted phoning them, their phone line never worked; instead, they sent an automatic message stating the number is not accessible. I have also sent several emails and have not gotten one appropriate reply. Now it indicates the transaction is "in progress," but for more than a week that status has remained fixed like that. It feels like larceny at this point really. Although I have used several sites before, this is by far the poorest customer service I have come across. It really irritates and disappointments me.
