Last night, I purchased 150€ worth of Jeton Cash through Jeton Wallet. My bank account was immediately charged 7,200₺, but I never received the virtual card. I checked both my email and SMS carefully, and nothing ever arrived.
Since yesterday, I’ve been sending multiple emails to Jeton support, but I haven’t received a single reply. The lack of customer service is extremely concerning, especially considering the amount of money involved. To make matters worse, Jeton Wallet operates as a foreign platform, which leaves me uncertain about where I can even file a formal complaint.
This feels like a serious breach of trust. I demand that Jeton Wallet either delivers the virtual card I paid for or refunds my money immediately. Customers deserve accountability, not silence, when such large payments simply disappear without the promised service being provided.
