• Submit your case via “Message us” and note the stated response timeframe (usually 24–48 hours).
• Instead of opening a new ticket, update the existing case (Reply) and upload attachments (Upload attachments) from “Contact us.”
• At the top of your message, include a 3-line summary plus key details: account email, ID/transaction, dates, amount, method, screenshots, and what you’re requesting (release funds/reverse/close account).
• If your case still doesn’t progress, escalate to a formal complaint—Neteller allows complaints when you’re not satisfied with the service.

Ask them to:

• Confirm receipt and provide an ETA and case number.
