Hello, I made a deposit into my Jeton Wallet account, but the Jetons never showed up. The payment was successfully processed, yet the balance did not appear. I tried making a second deposit afterward, and that one went through without a problem. So now I am missing the first transaction completely, and my account balance is short by 700 Jetons.

This is extremely concerning because I paid for a service that was never delivered. In total, I lost 398₺, and it seems to have simply disappeared. I kindly ask Jeton Wallet to investigate this issue urgently and credit the missing Jetons to my account or refund the full payment.

As customers, we should not have to worry about deposits vanishing into thin air. I expect a quick resolution and a clear explanation as to how this happened. Please restore my funds immediately.
