I Lost My Funds and Got Locked Out of My Neteller Account with No Real Support

I deposited money into my Neteller account, only to have the funds disappear and my account suddenly get blocked. I immediately contacted customer support to resolve the issue, but all I received were generic and dismissive replies — no clear explanation, no accountability, and absolutely no solution.
The money I deposited is now completely inaccessible, and I’ve been left in a state of total uncertainty. It's unacceptable that a financial service handling people's money would act with such a lack of professionalism and transparency.
To anyone considering Neteller: don’t risk it. There are far more secure and customer-friendly wallets out there. I highly recommend switching to a different platform before you experience what I did.
I demand that Neteller unblock my account and return my lost funds immediately. If this issue isn’t resolved soon, I will escalate it to consumer protection authorities.
