I recently bought a 100-gram pack of Nescafe Gold decaffeinated coffee from the supermarket chain Migros. Even though the product's expiration date had not passed, I encountered some concerning issues. The color of the coffee had changed, and when I scooped it with a spoon, it formed strange clumps. To my surprise, I discovered that the product's interior was infested with spiders. This was shocking and upsetting, especially given that I had been a long-time consumer of this brand with no previous issues. I strongly urge you to investigate the quality control measures for this specific product series. As a loyal customer, I believe it is critical that the products you offer are safe and of high quality. I sincerely hope that you address this issue as soon as possible and take appropriate steps to prevent similar incidents in the future. Your quick response is much appreciated.
