On the Nebula website, I made a one-time payment only for a personal chart service and entered my card details for that transaction. I was charged €1 for that service, and I approved that payment. However, on the evening of January 15, I noticed a charge of €29.90 on my credit card statement with the description “Sa *Nebula oc og,” which I did not authorize and do not know what it is for.
Today, I contacted Nebula by email to request a refund of the unauthorized €29.90 charge. Other than the one-time €1 payment that I approved, I have not authorized any subscription, membership, or recurring payment.
I request that the unauthorized €29.90 charge be refunded to me as soon as possible and that any possible subscriptions or automatic payments associated with my account be canceled to prevent this from happening again.
