I downloaded the Nebula Horoscope astrology app just once to get a simple birth chart reading. It offered a one-time, low-cost option, which I agreed to. After that, I deleted the app, thinking the transaction was complete. However, today I was shocked to discover that $29.90 (₺1,178) was withdrawn from my credit card—without my knowledge, consent, or any membership agreement.
I never subscribed to anything, nor was I warned about any automatic charges. To make matters worse, the app provides no option to cancel any so-called subscription. This is clearly an unauthorized payment, and I feel completely misled and exploited.
I demand an immediate cancellation of any hidden subscription and a full refund of the ₺1,178 that was taken from me. If this issue is not resolved promptly, I will file an official complaint with the prosecutor’s office. This kind of deceptive billing must stop, and Nebula must take full responsibility for unauthorized transactions.
