About a month ago, I purchased only a birth chart service from The Nebula nc website, and I understood that the payment for that service was completed at that time. Other than that, I was not aware of starting or approving any membership or subscription.
Today, when I checked my account, I saw that $23 had been charged to my card. I believe that a subscription was either started or continued without my knowledge. I would like to clearly state that I only purchased a birth chart through The Nebula nc and was not aware that I had approved any recurring membership requiring regular payments. My account can be located through the email address and phone number registered in the system.
I request a refund of the $23 that was charged without my consent and the immediate cancellation of any membership or subscription that may have been opened under my name. I ask to be informed promptly and for this issue to be resolved as soon as possible.
