I was shocked to discover a ₺1,189 charge on my card from a company listed as “SC* Nebula NC_HT Nicosia.” I have never subscribed to Nebula: Horoscope & Astrology, and I definitely did not authorize any payment. This transaction was done completely without my knowledge or approval—I only found out about it by reviewing my bank statement.
I don’t have an account with them, I never signed up for a membership, and I received no notification, email, or explanation for this deduction. This is completely unacceptable and feels like theft.
I am requesting an immediate refund of the ₺1,189 that was taken from my account. I would appreciate your help in resolving this issue as soon as possible. Nebula must stop charging people without permission and take full accountability for unauthorized transactions.
