Nebula App Charged Me Without Consent After One-Time Use and No Cancel Option

I downloaded the Nebula Horoscope Astrology app just once to view my birth chart, which was advertised as a one-time, low-cost service. I paid the small fee and deleted the app shortly afterward. However, today I was stunned to discover that $29.90 (₺1,223.30) was withdrawn from my credit card—without my knowledge, consent, or any active subscription on my part.

I never signed up for recurring payments, and there is no visible option to cancel a subscription within the app. This unauthorized charge is completely unacceptable. I demand an immediate refund of the ₺1,223.30 taken from my account and the cancellation of any membership I never agreed to.

If my money is not refunded right away, I will file an official complaint with the prosecutor’s office. Nebula must stop these deceptive billing practices and take full responsibility for unauthorized charges. I expect a fast and full resolution.
