Nebula Astrology Charged Me Monthly Without Consent for 16 Months

In June 2024, I made a one-time payment with my credit card on The Nebula Astrology website to purchase a single service. However, even though I never created a membership or gave any approval, starting from July 2024, approximately $29 has been withdrawn from my card every month under the name “thenebulaap.” This has continued for a total of 16 months, amounting to about $456 in unauthorized charges.

I did not create any membership account, and I did not receive any approval email or SMS. I also did not agree to any contract or membership terms. I request that these automatic payments be stopped immediately and that all amounts withdrawn without my knowledge be refunded to me.

I request urgent assistance and a prompt resolution to this issue.
