Nebula Charged My Card for Undisclosed Auto-Renewal — Want Full Refund

On October 1, I purchased a “birth chart” service through the Nebula website for the listed price of $0. I made the purchase without creating an account. However, about a month later, I saw that $31 had been withdrawn from my Akbank credit card. As soon as I noticed the transaction, I canceled my card and called my bank the same day to file 2–3 dispute requests. Despite this, the review process did not result in a positive outcome, and no refund was issued.
During the purchase, I did not approve any membership, subscription, or automatic renewal terms. After completing the service on the website, I was redirected to the app. I have been wronged by this charge, which appears to be part of a subscription that was never clearly disclosed to me.
I have canceled my card, and I urgently request a full refund of the $31 that was charged. Akbank should issue the refund.
