I Was Misled About ₺400 Discount Campaign at NARS Bağdat Caddesi and Got Nothing

I had an extremely disappointing experience at the NARS store on Bağdat Caddesi. I was told during checkout that there was an ongoing promotion: if I spent over ₺2,500, I would receive a ₺400 discount through Hopi. Trusting this information, I went ahead with the purchase.

However, after the transaction, I was told there was a technical issue with Hopi but that the points had still been credited to my account. The next day, I visited Boyner to use the supposed ₺400 benefit—only to find that no points had been added at all. Confused and frustrated, I returned to NARS where they casually informed me that the campaign had actually ended the day before my purchase.

I feel completely deceived. I would not have spent that amount if I hadn’t been explicitly promised the discount. There was zero transparency, and I was given false reassurance that the benefit was applied. I expect NARS to immediately honor the ₺400 discount they promised and take responsibility for misleading communication. A premium brand should not treat its customers this way.
