Five or six months ago, I purchased several products, including the Nars Climax Mascara Duo, from the Nars Cosmetics store on Bağdat Caddesi. The store associate assured me at the time that as long as I didn’t open the mascara, it would remain in perfect condition and not dry out. Trusting their advice, I kept it sealed until today.
When I finally opened it with excitement, I was extremely disappointed to find the mascara completely dried out, with the brush clumped together and unusable. I have never experienced something like this before. While I am satisfied with the other products I bought that day, I cannot say the same for this mascara. It feels misleading to assure customers of product quality only for them to discover such issues later.
I request that Nars address this problem by replacing the defective mascara or issuing a refund so that my money does not go to waste.
