I purchased a Nars eyeliner from the Sephora store in Tunalı Hilmi, Ankara, expecting premium quality given the brand’s price and reputation. However, from the very first application, I started experiencing a severe allergic reaction. My eyelid and eye began to swell immediately after use. I didn’t want to believe it at first—I assumed a high-end brand like Nars couldn’t possibly cause such a reaction. So I gave it another try, but the symptoms returned instantly and even more aggressively.
This product has caused me not just discomfort but genuine concern for my eye health. It's unacceptable for such a luxury product to pose this kind of risk. Human health should never be compromised, especially by a brand that markets itself as premium and safe.
I urge Nars and Sephora to take this complaint seriously, investigate the product batch for potential allergens, and provide a full refund or an alternative solution. No one should have to risk their health in exchange for beauty.
