I Face Creasing and Fading Issue with Nars Soft Matte Concealer Purchased from Sephora

I recently purchased the Nars Soft Matte Concealer in the shade “Custard” from Sephora. In-store, the sales associate tested the product on me, and the color looked great under the store lighting. However, when I used it for the first time at home, I was shocked. The product settled heavily into my under-eye lines — lines I didn’t even realize were so visible until this concealer emphasized them. Over time, it also seemed to disappear from my skin completely, as if my skin was absorbing it, leaving no coverage behind.

This was my first time trying Nars, and I regret the purchase. I know Sephora typically refuses returns on used products, but I spent ₺1,270 on this and do not want my money to go to waste. I am hoping that Nars can reach out to me directly to address this quality issue and offer a fair resolution, whether through a refund or product exchange.
