N11 Sold Me a Used Product Without Invoice or Warranty and Refused a Refund

I'm submitting a complaint against N11 for selling used items while advertising them as new. I bought something that came without an invoice, packaging, or warranty, and it was obviously not in new condition. I’ve tried contacting N11 several times, but I still haven’t gotten any help. They won't give me my money back or send me the used product they said was second-hand. It's really annoying to feel like I've lost my money without getting the service I expected. I’ve been waiting for days, and still, I haven’t received the invoice or the product. N11's handling of this situation is really not okay, and if they keep going like this, I don't think their business will do well. Check out the photo for confirmation.
