My N11 Order Placed on June 22 Still Has Not Been Shipped

My daughter ordered something from N11 on June 22 with order number 206627693730. It has been about 24 days since then and the item still hasn't shipped. I am also a N11 customer and have shopped from them before without any problems like this, so I really didn't expect such a lack of follow-up or caring. I don't get how an order can stay in limbo for so long without a real update or answer. Because of this, we've been checking all the time, reaching out, and yet getting nothing. I didn't think a platform like N11 would be this careless. I'm writing this not only to show that I'm worried, but also to make N11 responsible for not providing this service.
