Skyscanner and Mytrip Booking Disaster - I Demand Refund for Canceled Malaysia Flight

We purchased a Malaysia flight ticket through the Skyscanner site. We received a message saying our reservation was made through something called Mytrip. Then no confirmation number came, but the flight fee of $1,495.99 was charged to the credit card (my brother's international card).
We're calling, but no one answers, there's no one to address our issue. Later we got through to somewhere, they're saying something like your transaction was canceled due to the card, call your bank. They're saying things like 72 hours need to pass. They're not providing information about refunds. Because of this company, I also canceled my domestic flight, incurring a loss from that too.
By the way, we bought it with a friend but separately, his flight was also canceled, and they told him about 72 hours too. After calling, I'm continuously being called from a European number. This company is responsible for what might happen, and I want my money refunded immediately. They've caused us a lot of trouble.
