MyHeritage Charged Me After Free Trial Without Any Warning
I signed up for the free trial on the MyHeritage website, but my account was changed to a premium subscription without any notice or warning. I canceled my subscription right away when I saw it, but the fee had already been taken out of my account. I want my money back for this fee that I didn't agree to. I've been attempting to get in touch with customer service for days, but no one answers the phone or emails. I've tried a few times, but I still haven't heard back. Without any help, this has been really tiring. I thought a corporation that professes it cares about its customers would do better, but my experience suggests otherwise. Since I don't have any other options, I'm posting here in the hopes of finally getting an answer. Please give me my money back as soon as you can.
