I usually use a different diaper rash cream for my 18-month-old baby, but when it ran out, I decided to try Mustela. What a huge disappointment! Instead of soothing my baby's skin, it caused severe redness and irritation, making the rash look like a burn.
Clearly, this product’s ingredients are not as “clean” as claimed, because I have never seen such a bad reaction from any other brand. Why are harmful baby products still on the market? Why is Mustela selling a cream that worsens rashes instead of healing them? Do you want babies to suffer in pain?
This product needs to be re-evaluated. Either fix your formula or stop selling it! Mustela, I demand answers and accountability!
