Munchkin High Chair Tray Rusted After Washing—Poor Repair

I bought a Munchkin high chair, and even though it’s labeled "dishwasher safe," the tray's screw rusted after just two washes in two weeks. Additionally, one of the letters on the front label started fading.
I emailed the company about this issue, but they blamed me, calling it user error. When I insisted that this was a quality issue and threatened to file a complaint, they finally agreed to inspect the tray—but only if I shipped it to them at my own cost.
After waiting more than 20 days, I received my tray back. They replaced the rusty screw, but instead of restoring the printed label, they completely removed it and stuck on a cheap printed sticker instead! How can they alter the product without my consent?
This is unacceptable. The tray has now lost its originality, and I could have stuck on a sticker myself if that was their solution.
