Munchkin +12M Straw Cup Brush Bristles Came Off

I was cleaning the straw of my Munchkin +12M cup with a straw cleaning brush, and to my shock, the bristles broke off inside the straw. No matter what I tried, I couldn’t remove them, making the cup completely unsafe to use.

I can’t risk my child drinking from this cup. If those plastic bristles got into my child's throat or lungs, the consequences could have been severe. Thankfully, I noticed the issue in time, but what if another parent doesn’t?

This is a serious safety hazard, and I expect Munchkin to take immediate action. I want a replacement or refund, and the company should address this flaw before it causes harm to a child.
