Munchkin Straw Brush Tip Got Stuck, No Customer Service Response

I hadn’t even had the product for 15 days when I encountered a serious safety and quality issue. The straw cleaning brush that came with my Munchkin set had a sharp, exposed metal tip—which I didn’t realize at first. While cleaning the straw as instructed, the metal tip slid off inside the straw and got completely stuck.

I immediately contacted Munchkin customer service, and they asked me to email photos, which I did. Since then, I’ve sent multiple emails, but I’ve received no response whatsoever. Total silence.

Had I known the brand would be this irresponsible, I would have never purchased the product. This isn’t just poor quality—it’s potentially dangerous, especially for babies and small children.
