Munchkin +1 Straw Cup Cleaning Issue—Bristles Stuck Inside Straw

My child received a Munchkin +1 straw cup as a birthday gift, but while cleaning the straw with the straw cleaning brush, all the bristles detached and got stuck inside the straw. No matter how much I tried, I couldn’t remove them, making the cup completely unusable.

This is extremely concerning because if I hadn't noticed in time, my child could have ingested plastic bristles, potentially leading to serious health risks like choking or lung complications. How can a baby product have such a dangerous flaw?

I demand an immediate resolution, whether it be a replacement or a safer cleaning solution. Munchkin must address this issue to prevent potential harm to children. Parents need assurance that their child’s products are safe!
